Our Guide Service:

When you Fish With Mitch, plan on leaving the dock around daylight. We’re usually on the water for six hours or less. Some days we catch more than our limit and release fish, other days we work hard to catch the limit.

Most of the time, I bait fish. Occasionally, we’ll throw top water baits or fish with sassy shad. I determine how we’ll fish based on what the fish are biting. I also take into account the skill level of the people who are fishing.

Afternoon trips are sometimes available. I don’t schedule more than one trip per day. I want to be sure that my customers have all the time they need to catch their fish. There are slow days and I don’t want my customers to feel rushed.

Multiple boat trips are available; however I will not mix groups. You don’t have to worry about fishing with people who aren’t with your group.

Four people is an ideal number to fish comfortably in the boat, however, I can accommodate up to six people.

I do not provide food/drinks but you are welcome to bring your own.

At the end of the trip, I will clean and bag all of your fish for you. You can wait at the dock, or go to the restaurant and eat. This generally takes less than an hour from the time we get back to the dock.

If you are booking a group trip with multiple guides, please know I will only contract with other guides who are licensed to guide on Lake Texoma and are properly insured. There will be a $100 deposit per boat at the time of booking.
